Shipping

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Rustic Quality Conversions is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

International

Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Refund Policy

Thank your for your Order! We appreciate the opportunity to serve you!
We are glad to accept returns if needed, refunds will be placed as store credit which you can use as you like. All sales are final on custom made kits and may not be returned. Approved returns on non-custom made kits must be made within 10 days of receipt and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and have a valid RMA number. We will not accept returns of items that have been installed or damaged.

Return Policy

Please contact us before returning any item(s). Returns without our approval will not be processed.

Please inspect your purchase prior to the time you sign for your package. Report damage to the UPS or FedEx driver before signing. Shipping damage becomes the customer’s responsibility if not inspected or reported.
Customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns.
In the unlikely event you receive a part that we have made a mistake on, we are glad to exchange it for the correct one at no charge.
Items made to order or special ordered require a deposit equal to the amount of the purchase price.
